Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer has 14 days to return a product purchased online, without stating any reason.

Return conditions

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or cut-to-measure products;
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened;
• Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. cement, mortar, glues).

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Legal warranty

All products are covered by the 3-year legal conformity warranty.
